An established consignment company is looking for an executive assistant of logistics and media. Tasks will include: - picking and packing stock that has sold from an archival system in storage - printing Australia post labels and lodging the items at the post office (or just putting in a red box if they fit) - photography of items to be loaded into a Google drive to be listed online - photography and videography of items for website and social media This role will be ongoing approximately five hours per week with an opportunity to increase if the business growth is consistent Please bid your hourly rate for consideration. It’s preferable that you have your own drivers license and car if shipments going to the post office are large/heavy. It’s usually eight at a time at the moment. Police check also essential. Hours are flexible between Monday and Saturday 8 until 5 but there are postage deadlines. Must be able to follow instructions and work autonomously

Hi, I have a 2 bedroom furnished rental in Lake Wendouree. I usually manage it myself, but I’m not able to at the moment and one of the tenants has just given notice. I’m looking for someone who has some experience with rentals, airbnbs (or who is a detailed-oriented person!) who can organise finding another tenant. This would involve replying to queries on a ad I have online, then meeting some applicants at the house to show them around. I will handle checking references and the bond lodgement. The room available is for a female only and I usually get health professionals who are working at the hospital etc. I usually have no problem finding good tenants. I try to screen applicants out during the messaging phase so I just have one or two meetings at the house to find someone. I think the job will take around 4 to 5 hours maximum.
