Digitise 2 Pilot Logbooks – Data Entry to Excel/CSV I'm am looking for someone to help digitise approximately 1¾ handwritten New Zealand CAA pilot logbooks (CAA 1373), containing around 6,640 flight hours. Aviation experience preferred or at least knowledge with pilot logbooks. I'd like all recorded flight entries transferred into an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file that can eventually be imported into an electronic pilot logbook. The work involves: - Transcribing dates, aircraft types, registrations, flight details and flight times. - Transferring the different flying-time categories accurately. - Preserving the original records, including relevant remarks. - Checking entries for accuracy and flagging anything unclear. - Reconciling totals against the handwritten logbooks. - Providing the completed spreadsheet in an organised, editable format. I'm happy for someone to use AI, scanning or OCR tools to speed up the process, provided all entries are checked for accuracy. I can supply clear scans or photographs, so the job can be completed remotely. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as these are professional aviation records. Budget: $600 negotiable, depending on the number of entries and work involved. Happy to consider quotes and start with a small paid sample before proceeding with the full project.

I need two printed course manuals scanned into two separate PDFs, about 460 pages in total. Pick up from Templestowe, scan at your place, and return both books to me within 48 hours. The books must not be cut, unbound or written on. One PDF per book, every page in order, including the cover and contents pages. Every page flat, in focus and glare-free. The ECG strips and diagrams must be fully readable, so please re-scan any blurry page. Send the files by email or Google Drive link before returning the books. Must use a real scanner, no phone scanning apps. Either your own home or work scanner or Officeworks scanners are fine as well. Please include your pick-up and return times in your offer. Offers are flexible so offer what you think is fair

Need help hand-writing 20-50 hand written letters! They are 1 page each, about 200 words, so small hand-writing. There is not much room for error, so I ask that you only take this task if you have neat and precise handwriting. If you are interested, I will send you an example, but for confidentiality I have not posted it alongside the ad.

I need someone ideally a student who's good with software and computers to help me download my lectures from embed files by screenshotting and then putting it into word document as a presentation. Will be using ideally Claude it ChatGPT to do this. Ideally if you can figure out a better way that's also appreciated as it's a time consuming job as there's many slides per lecture and many lectures. Pay is 18 per hour for maybe 6 hours till late tonight or can be done tomorrow morning as well. I live in Cranbourne north, easier to do at my house as there's a lot of links and websites that we might be using for this task so communication can be easier.
