Systems Shopify — e-commerce platform Cin7 Core — inventory Xero — accounting SKUTOPIA — 3PL/warehouse fulfilment Current setup Cin7 Core has already been set up to a significant degree: All finished product SKUs have been created in Cin7. Xero is already connected to Cin7. Most Cin7/Xero account mapping has already been completed. Products and BOMs are being configured in Cin7. Australian contract manufacturing/filling is used. Packaging/components are purchased overseas. Finished goods are stored and fulfilled by SKUTOPIA. The business currently has approximately 13 finished-product SKUs. Objective Complete and test the integration between Shopify, Cin7 Core and Xero so that the systems work correctly for ongoing e-commerce sales, inventory tracking and accounting. The preferred structure is: Shopify → Cin7 Core → Xero with SKUTOPIA used as the 3PL/fulfilment warehouse. Before making any changes involving SKUTOPIA, please confirm exactly how its Shopify integration handles inventory and orders. We do NOT want two systems independently overwriting Shopify inventory.

We are setting up ServiceM8 job management software and there is a lot of manual data entry to do each day for at least 1 month.
