Bathroom ensuite window stuck since moving in - awning style - would like to improve ventilation, seeing if anyone can try to open it, ideally would love to be able to open/close it (no fly screen). Access to window can be inside ensuite and on top of single story garage roof (ladders available). Weekends and wednesdays.

I need a handyman for two small repairs: Window flyscreen repair – The flyscreen mesh has come loose from the frame at the bottom and side. It needs to be reattached or replaced and secured properly. Wall damage repair – There is a hole/dent in the wall near the skirting board (see photo). It needs to be patched, filled, sanded smooth, and repainted to match the existing wall colour. Both are small jobs. Ground floor access for the window. Please bring your own tools and materials (including mesh if replacement is needed and matching paint if possible). Looking for someone experienced who can fix it neatly.

We need to pick up a second hand glass internal door from a Hamilton then drive to Mayfield and pick up 2 doors from our house (is an exterior door with a glass panel at the top) and then take all three doors to kennards in Sandgate. We can help with loading and unloading (the doors are all pretty heavy as they're solid wood) - we don't have any blankets to pad the doors when they're in transit.

The door of our kiosk has come off and it needs to be put back on as well as a cupboard door. We have the original kiosk and cupboard doors which need to be re-attached. We are located at Westfield kotara on the rooftop. Equipment such as tools and nails would need to be brought. Thank you!
