Outdoor rendered wall has 3 cracks. I have tried using the filler but crack reappeared. Need someone who can fix it.

Handel on door is coming off... it's one with a lock... if not careful, can easily lock door when closing and can't get open... Handel is almost off and held on with tape

I’m looking for someone to cut a continuation of an existing ceiling recess for a sliding door rail. ASAP. any time of day or night is fine. There is already a recessed rail section installed in the ceiling (see photos). I just need the recess extended about 1 metre further along in the same line so the rail can continue. Important: • You are not required to install or supply the rail • The job is only to cut and finish the recess neatly in the ceiling so the rail can later be installed • It needs to match the width and depth of the existing section Photos attached showing: • The current recessed rail • The area where it needs to continue • Close-ups so you can see the size and depth I do require someone who is confident with this type of work and who is very neat. First is a large internal rolling door that has fallen off the rollers and needs to be put back on. Very heavy. Secondly I have a cupboard door where the hinges broke and needs replacing. I also have a couple of odd jobs, one is removing a child latch from a front door and plugging the holes if it can be done by the same person.

Remove a glass shower screen door

Wanting door and screen door hung. Need to make room for hinges. I will provide screws. You provide tools.

I need my dog door replaced with a bigger dog door (already purchased just needs to be installed).

I rather stupidly cut into our crimsafe screen door to install a dog door. The dog door frame base - combined with the base of the screen door - didn't give enough clearance for one of our dachshunds to get through, so it was unusable. I'm hoping to get someone to build a wooden frame to create a dog door. I already have the dog flap, but I'd need you to bring the tools and wood for the frame. It would be ideal for the frame to be thin so we can open the door fully as there is not much clearance there. Additionally, there are some exposed wires on the base and right side, so if you could bring something to cover it, that would be great - though that part isn't essential as I think I can do that myself. The hole measures approx 32cm high and 30cm wide. Appreciate the help!

Moved into house 2025. Bathroom ensuite window stuck since moving in - awning style - would like to improve ventilation, seeing if anyone can try to open it, ideally would love to be able to open/close it (no fly screen). Access to window can be inside ensuite and on top of single story garage roof (ladders available). Weekends and wednesdays.

We had a botched painting job on our entry room and are wondering if anyone has the interest/skills/equipment to help us fix it? White paint was applied over red paint (without proper prep) and it’s now peeling. We think it might be timber underneath so it’d be great to sand it back to expose that timber. We could then treat/varnish the timber; just looking for someone to do the sanding please. The task is for the frame around the door and the frame around it those glass bricks, please see photos.

Fill up and touch up dent to door frame.

Remove back sliding door and window. Supply and install support beam then Install 3 panel glass stacker sliding door. 2070mm high x 3200mm wide with 100mm reveal.
