Please: Measure up and source a suitable exterior door to fit the existing frame Hang it, fit the hardware (reuse the existing handle and lock if they’re in good condition, otherwise quote for new ones) Paint or seal it so it’s protected from the weather Cover the drain pit in the backyard There’s a small concrete overflow pit in the lawn. The old metal cover has rusted through. Please measure up, source, and fit a galvanised grate or cover that sits flush and is safe to walk on and mow over. Payment The task price is for labour only. I have three interior doors with black hardware. When we renovated I bought handles but my builder said they were too complex to install. He asked to get his own. When you open or close one of these doors it makes a loud noise - like a thunk - I just want the interior doors to open and close quietly. Obviously this is a tricky one to quote but I am happy to but new matte black hardware for three internsl doors.
