Completely replace the fly wire on the screen door

I’m seeking someone who is familiar with mounting a women’s road bike on a wahoo inside smart trainer. I sold the previous bike and now looking to set up one of my retired road bikes. Bike is a women’s Liv avail expert, size xsmall. Trainer is a wahoo kickr. This bike has never been on the trainer, so may require a few tweaks. Trainer is set up ready to mount bike. Setup is on second floor (2 story house), in Watson. I have some, but limited tools. Not a difficult job. Should take no more than 10-15 minutes, so please don’t make ridiculous offers.

Replace the fly wire in sliding screen door

The glass will need have a hole cut into it. Then the cat flap can be secured on each side. This is a rental property, I have permission to do this but it must be done professionally.

The two indoor doors don’t close in the latch and can be pushed open. Looking to have them adjusted so they fully close.

Pocket door to ensuite has stopped sliding smoothly. It’s a newish house, so most likely loose rollers rather than damage or debris. Have removed the top wooden track cover but don’t have the right tool to adjust the rollers and not exactly sure how to adjust if I did, imagine it’s a pretty straightforward job if you know what you are doing.

I have a diamond mesh door which opens out with the top hinge recently detached. I just need the pop rivets repaired to reattach the screen door to the hinge. Otherwise,the door is in good condition

The sliding door in the shower has rusted, become loose and started growing mould. I need help in cleaning and resealing the front edge of the door.
