Repair broken garage roller door chain. I’m enquiring about repairs for a broken link in the chain for “Superlift SDO-1” garage roller door. I have removed the unit from the ceiling (still propped up on top of ladder) and wrapped the broken chain back around the track and sprocket, and I was going to purchase a split joiner link in an attempt to repair it, but deliveries around the Burrawang area are not very speedy. So I’d like a quote to have this repaired by a professional instead.

The glass remains in good condition and is to be retained. Scope of Works • Remove and dispose of rotted timber frames and trims. • Supply and install new timber or suitable rot-resistant material for frames and trims. • Refit and secure existing glass into the new frames. • Ensure all junctions are properly sealed to prevent future water penetration. • Inspect surrounding areas for additional minor repairs as needed. • Leave the site clean and free of debris upon completion.

We need help please to close in a door and create a new door in the same room. All cerpentry and gyprock needed. Some electrics will need to be moves but we will organise this. To put the new door in we need help to remove an existing double door cupboard with a shelf up the top. We can do the painting. Need to hang the new door also once cupboard removed and new door jam in place and gyprock completed. We’ll provide doors and can pay for all materials that are required on top of quote. Require a garage door Installer. Remove old single garage door and install new standard garage door. Manual door not remote open. I supply the new garage door and parts and I will dispose of old garage door. Only looking for labour. Door Size 2500 wide x 2400 height. Brick veneer home.

Front door - change to combination lock - have already bought Garage door - needs a lock installed but not sure what to get - see photo. If you are able, and can manage to re-key some other locks, that would be great. Bedroom door - install new door furniture (with lock) - have already bought this.
