Need to fix: 1. Fix bathroom main wooden door, which does not open and close properly. Looks like a mis-alignment issue. 2. Change shower door seal strip. 3. Change outside pedestrian gate door handle. The current latch always malfuntions. Need a more permanent and easy lockable system. Recommendations welcome. Please include material and final installation charges.

Garage door wire detangled, door wouldn’t close

Timber sliding door in bathroom gets stuck. Seems to have dropped from tracks. Need someone who has fixed this issue on other timber sliding doors.

1. Ensuite Shower Arm Shower arm is loose and at risk of detaching. Needs removal and replacement with a new chrome shower arm. Must ensure it is securely fitted and watertight. 2. Ensuite Door Lock Door lock does not reliably engage. Needs repair or replacement so it locks and unlocks properly. Standard internal bathroom privacy lock.

Moving out this rental and need the fly screen door replaced/fixed which I’ve had done before so it’s a quick enough job if you have the tools.

External door currently swings in needing changed to swing outwards.
