We are looking for someone to trim, paint and fit our new front door. We have purchased a new door to match, it does need to be trimmed / cut down on the bottom a bit to fit I think. We have the hinges, and a temporary lock. **the polished brass handle we want (photo attached) seems to be harder to find in stock then expected*** We have the paint - and I am pretty sure we have rollers and brushes **we do have some brushes and rollers, but probably good if you have your own as back up** You will need to supply your own tools.

One of the pivot screws has broken off and requires a replacement. This part pivots the awning up and down once its been extended out.
