Hi. Our internal door to garage needs fixing, the section of frame where strike plate is, the wood frame has been cut out too much, ideally we can replace just that section of wood, please see highlighted photo, but please advise if you have a professional opinion. The door itself where lock is installed also has chipped wood, open to suggestion to fix or improve this. We also have the Samsung Smart lock to be reinstalled with fix ups on the door it’s attached, has some chips. Thanks, Bob

Fix the door to close properly that without gap and install handle

Align the kitchen cabinetry doors and repair any hinges that are in need of attention. Additionally, shave the bottom of the laundry doors and repair the laundry and kitchen hinges. There are four cupboard doors in the laundry room that require shaving, levelling, and hinges that need to be repaired, replaced, or supplied as needed. The kitchen doors do not require shaving, but they will need to be realigned.

Door off sliding track and broken. Need to replace with new door on hinge normal style. Current door opening about 77cm wide by 202 cm tall. Remove frame of sliding door and sliding door. Install privacy lock on door.

Remove partially removed old door lock, and install two new deadbolts. Space/holes drilled for replacement already on one door. Deadbolts supplied new ready to install.
