I bought a new door lock but the cross bore is 25mm of my door and my lock cross bore is 54mm so I want someone who can make the 25mm hole to 54mm hole

Need to change the doorknobs for 1 bathroom door and 1 bedroom door. The existing doorknobs are difficult to remove and appear to have been glued to the wooden doors by the previous owner.
