I am looking for a handyman to help with a few jobs around the house: Curtain Rods Installation (3 in total): 2 x IKEA BEKRÄFTA curtain rod sets (I might have misplaced one screw from one of the boxes, so you might need to bring a spare or use a standard screw). 1 x IKEA HUGAD curtain rod combination (with wall/ceiling brackets and finials). Door Lock Installation: Install a simple flip latch lock on one of the bedroom doors. Shower Filter Installation: Install a water filter onto our shower head/arm. Please let me know your availability and your quote for these tasks. The IKEA curtain rod packages do not include wall mounting screws or plugs, so you will need to supply the appropriate screws and anchors for the installation :)

The top Centor pivot guide/carrier is broken and missing a screw, causing the top shaft to become loose and out of alignment. Glass panels and bottom track are completely fine. Requirements: Replace/fix the damaged top Centor pivot assembly component. Re-align the bifold door panels so it opens and closes smoothly. Inspection and work can be done on any weekday after 2:00 PM. Please provide a total fixed quote (including labor and any small parts needed).

The job will require careful removal of the old doorknobs to avoid damaging or peeling the paint on the doors, followed by installation of the new doorknobs.
