When temp gets below 11 degrees, our double garage door won’t work with the remote control. It goes up in small increments & takes 10 minutes or more to go up or down. Replacing batteries & tuning the remote in doesn’t change anything. About 12 years old & has been doing this for 7 years. We can usually get it up from the inside manually. Is there a fix for this other than replacing the motor? It’s a bigger motor than the original one. If it is a motor problem, we’ll need a quote please.
