Please name your price This door in my apartment has leaked as a result of the recent weather. The screen is on the outside and the glass is on the inside which i think might be causing water to collect in the tracks and then cause damage to the flooring. Just wanting a price to fix the door situation for now. I think that means swapping the glass door and the fly screen I'll probably replace the flooring at some point but I just need to stop the leak for now so it doesn't get worse

Pocket door is still on its track and opening and closing - but is not smooth - and jams a little in one spot all the time. It is also very wobbly when fully closed. I suspect the rear roller may be loose. Likely to need someone to remove some door trim to get access and adjust door. Location: Northgate 4013 -- Best days to access - Mon, Wed or Fri.
