This is an internal door which leads to my garage. we can close it but it doesn't click into place and just pops open again. We need someone to fix this. There is nothing physical wrong with the door and it hasn't been damaged. Please see the pictures - Its just slightly misaligned and as a result it doesn't close properly. Scope of work includes: • Internal wall (gyprock): There is a small hole approximately the size of a golf ball near the skirting board. This needs to be properly patched (gyprock repair), sanded smooth so it’s undetectable, and then painted to blend with the existing wall. • External door jamb (new): A newly installed external door jamb has visible nail holes and fixing points. These need to be filled, sanded, and painted for a clean finish. • External door: The door itself has minor imperfections and marks that require light patching, sanding, and repainting. Photos are attached so you can clearly see what needs to be done. The expectation is a neat, professional finish with no visible patches once completed. Paint will be provided by me.
