5 internal door handles need replacing. Larger holes required and some chipping into the side of door and jams as everything is larger for the more modern handles vs the OG 1975 ones. I have no terminology for any of this so I hope you understand!!

Looking for a handyman/person to complete the following tasks: - Purchase 35mm treated pine from Bunnings or similar and cut to size to create 2 battens for exterior use (each 800mm long) - Install 3 roman blinds (including installing child safety cord clips) on interior brick walls - Install 2 coat racks on interior brick wall - Install wall-mounted folding clothesline on exterior brick wall (Outback Clotheslines wall-mount with lowline kit) - Attach ikea KOLBJÖRN cabinet to exterior brick wall using battens (battens needed to ensure clearance for AC drainage line) -  Caulk frames of 3 windows (interior only) We have the screws, wall plugs, & caulk – basically everything except the battens

I need an existing screen door taken down and a new screen door installed (back entry of house). I can supply the screen door and hinges. The door stop will also need replacement and adjustment as the existing door in its current state does not seamlessly close and there are gaps where insects find their way in. I will need the tradesman to supply the door stop. There are also parts of the door jamb that would need filling in as there are holes where previous locks were. The door is a standard size door. I don’t need any painting as part of this job.

Need to fix frame of one sliding glass panel door. A screw has been dislodged at the bottom from frame, glass needs to be reseated in rubber lining and frame be put back together squarely. The door handle and lock mechanism will need to be changed, one from Bunnings is fine. The rail and the wheels will also need to be renewed/refurbished as door is hard to slide open.
