Russell repaired three old fashioned windows in our home, which had broken their sash. This was a very fiddly and complex task but Russell took this on with patience and a lot of care to try and preserve the window structure. We appreciated the time and consideration taken to finish the job, which took a lot longer than initially expected. Communication was great and the end result was just what we needed.
