I removed the previous door that opened in and out so I could build a deck. I now want to put a sliding door in the doorway. The door frame will need to be changed (assuming part of the drywall will need to be removed and replaced. We currently have a door hanging but it’s too heavy to slide how it is. New door may need to be purchased and inserted so door will also need to be painted. I’d also like this to have the ability to be locked.

I have a portable air conditioner that I am using with a tube that goes out a crank window, but it lets a lot of heat and pollen in from outside. I would like someone to create a solution so my air conditioner tube can go out the window without letting outside air get in. It needs to be fully sealed. I am currently using garbage bags taped to the window, but ideally would like stronger plastic/masking tape as I don't think this solution will last very long. Another possible option would be to cut out some corflute and tape to the edges of the window. Open to creative suggestions and ideas! Please note I am in a rental so it can't be permanent - it needs to be temporary and removable. Happy to negotiate pricing depending on what is required. Due date is flexible but ideally sometime in the next couple of weeks.
