I do not circular drill bit for drilling in timber of vanity) NO PLUMBING Drill in titles and hang the towel rack (I have drill bit for tiles and towel rack) Drill in titles and hang the toilet paper roll holder. I have the drill bit for tiles. I have toilet paper toilet holder Drill in titles and install the door stopper for shower door. ( I have door stopper and drill bit) Glue the vanity mirror (I have mirror, tape and glue)

I have purchased a new internal door from Bunnings and need it trimmed to fit my existing door frame. I also need the hinge, handle and latch holes cut and the door hung and fitted. I have the door.

On materials needed

I need a handyman to address two small repair tasks at my rental property before inspection. Both are cosmetic jobs. ​Task 1: Repairing a small chip in a stone floor tile. The tile is grey/concrete-look (see pictures for scale). It needs to be filled and color-matched so it is not noticeable. ​Task 2: Fixing cosmetic damage on a door frame (the lintel/top part). We previously used an over-the-door hanger that scraped the paint. This requires light sanding, filling (spackling), and touch-up painting to match the existing white trim. ​Please provide quotes for both jobs combined. Both can easily be completed in one visit.

Shower sliding doors may need rollers replaced and adjustment.

My bedroom door has expanded a bit and became very difficult to close. I need someone to remove it from its hinges, trim it then paint it to prevent it from expanding again. Shaving and painting to be done in the backyard.

I need a new door strut supplied and installed along with a fix of door hinges.I want a good quality one which will stop the door from slamming shut. I have already been through 3 gas struts and none have worked well. They all make my screen door come lose off the hinges which are now unable to be tightened.

Door closes then pops open not sure if need new tongue or adjusting

My mum’s ensuite bathroom door is jammed and will only open a small amount (see photo). We believe one of the two drawers from the vanity, located directly behind the door, has come off its runners and fallen, blocking the door from opening fully. We’re looking for someone who can: * Safely open the bathroom door with minimal or no damage. * Remove or reposition the fallen drawer. * Reattach the drawer if possible, or let us know if it needs further repair. The priority is getting the bathroom door open. Please bring any tools that may be useful for accessing a jammed door. I’ve attached a photo showing how far the door currently opens.

One side of our sliding door of media room is dislocated from channel. Can someone come and fix that.

We have an extended rumpus room and behind that we have a laundry. We have recently put in a new toilet and we would really love internal access to the laundry. So someone would need to cut out the space needed to professionally add a new door and close off the outside one. The floor level seems to be the same height, so hopefully it should be an easy job. I'm looking for a handyman to replace 3 door handles. Preferably door handles with a lock. Currently one door handle has locked itself and cant get into the room. I havent purchased new door handles. If that is required before you attend to the task please let me know
