Hi, I need someone to repair a small hole/dent in the wall behind a door. It looks like the door or door handle has knocked into the wall and damaged the plasterboard. The job will include: * Patch/fill the damaged plasterboard area * Sand it smooth * Paint/touch up the area to match the existing wall colour as closely as possible * Optional: install a door stopper to prevent it happening again Please bring your own tools and materials. We have an extended rumpus room and behind that we have a laundry. We have recently put in a new toilet and we would really love internal access to the laundry. So someone would need to cut out the space needed to professionally add a new door and close off the outside one. The floor level seems to be the same height, so hopefully it should be an easy job. 2 doors need to be patched and painted. One of them has a small hole and the other one needs sanding and painting

Fix my sliding door as it doesn’t slide smoothly needs wheel replacement on one side and the top glass is loose from the frame.

Bathroom door has came off the tracks still moves back and forth but the slide is stuff. Door has got moisture in at the bottom will need about 10mm taken off

Then area under the garage doors need to be levelled with self leveling concrete (only a small layer) to make it look clean. There might be some minor grinding required in case clearance from bottom is required. Also gaps around garage doors will need to be sealed properly using rubber strip and between door and floor.
