I need approximately 20 mm neatly trimmed from the top of 2 vertical black aluminium sections on two stacker doors, as shown in the attached photos. This is to create additional clearance above the doors for top mounted roller blinds. The existing plastic end caps should ideally be removed before cutting and refitted after the aluminium has been trimmed. The cuts need to be accurate, straight, square, deburred and professionally finished, as the aluminium is visible inside the house. So I need a professional finish. Please only offer if you have the appropriate tools and experience to make clean, precise cuts in aluminium in tight/awkward positions. The job needs to include: *Cutting approximately 20mm ensuring the cut is straight, clean and professionally finished. *Existing plastic end cap - ideally remove and refit after trimming 20mm Preference will be given to someone with aluminium window/door experience, although experienced aluminium/metal fabricators are also welcome. I need a new door strut supplied and installed along with a fix of door hinges.I want a good quality one which will stop the door from slamming shut. I have already been through 3 gas struts and none have worked well. They all make my screen door come lose off the hinges which are now unable to be tightened.

My mum’s ensuite bathroom door is jammed and will only open a small amount (see photo). We believe one of the two drawers from the vanity, located directly behind the door, has come off its runners and fallen, blocking the door from opening fully. We’re looking for someone who can: * Safely open the bathroom door with minimal or no damage. * Remove or reposition the fallen drawer. * Reattach the drawer if possible, or let us know if it needs further repair. We have an extended rumpus room and behind that we have a laundry. We have recently put in a new toilet and we would really love internal access to the laundry.
