Issue: - Internal cavity sliding timber door is sticking and no longer slides smoothly. - I believe the timber has expanded, causing it to rub against the frame or inside the cavity. - I'd like the door inspected and repaired so it slides freely again. Bathroom door has came off the tracks still moves back and forth but the slide is stuff. Door has got moisture in at the bottom will need about 10mm taken off

Then area under the garage doors need to be levelled with self leveling concrete (only a small layer) to make it look clean. There might be some minor grinding required in case clearance from bottom is required. Also gaps around garage doors will need to be sealed properly using rubber strip and between door and floor.
