Requesting assistance to fix x2 doors. Doors are stiff to open and close. Appears to be rubbing against the frame. May need minor sanding or adjustment to hinges.

Bedroom door doesn’t securely close. When the door is in the closed position, it can be pushed open without using the handle. Believe the issue is with the latch. Sometimes the door will just gently open if there’s a small gust of wind.
