Modify and reframe existing bathroom window to a smaller size (same width but height is to be halved) and prepare the wall for an inset/recessed mirror cabinet. Photos of the current window structure and the mirror cabinet enclosed. Window glass required.

Door 1 - handle is coming off, you can see the screws coming off in the photo. Door 2 - doesn’t latch into the wall part. The door part is too low, that it doesn’t latch into the wall part. So, when the door is closed, it can just be pushed open and closed as it isn’t fully connected.

Front door seems to have dropped on one side. Hinge has a stripped screw and is riveted to the door frame.
