Did complete the job - one reason was that I asked him to mow/snip the lawns. Yet they were actually not needing mowing there was a small pitch that needed weeding. He said he had another job to go to. Other than that not bad.

My garage roller door is making a loud squeaking noise every time it goes up and down. I need someone to come and lubricate the tracks and other moving parts to fix this issue. The door seems to be working fine otherwise, but the noise is very noticeable and I'd like to get it sorted. I have cans of WD-40, degreaser and lubricant, but I think it needs a more professional cleaning and lubrication to properly fix it. Please let me know your availability and if you have the right tools and lubricant for the job.
