Steel Line Garage door remotes, model ZT07, I have 3 new remotes purchased which needs to be programmed to open the garage doors

My B&D Controll-a-Door Power Drive has begun to jerk and hesitate almost every time it heads upward. The stutter is most noticeable on opening, and you can clearly hear a sharp smacking-style clatter in the short video I can share. Closing is still fairly smooth. I have done no real maintenance beyond the occasional mist of WD-40, so it is likely overdue for a proper inspection, adjustment and any part replacement that’s needed. I need someone who can: • Watch the video I provide, diagnose the root cause of the stutter and noise. • Come on-site, fine-tune or replace the failing components and fully test the opener through multiple open/close cycles. • Give the door and tracks a quick once-over so it runs quietly and reliably again, with advice on simple upkeep I can handle myself. If you have experience with B&D units or similar chain/rail systems, please tell me how soon you could drop by and roughly how long the job should take. The second job ( optional ) is to replace an old electric under floor heating thermostat with a new one. Old and new images attached.

Hi, I’ve managed to mount an LED light using an extension lead form existing PowerPoint to keep my garage door opener running, but I think installing a power point would look less messy. Could do it myself, but it would void the warranty & my insurance 😅, hence, need a licensed electrician to carry out the installation. A external mount is fine; no need to chase the wall. One of the lift cables has detached completely from the drum/bracket area. We need our sectional roller door to be repaired . It won’t roll all the way down. It gets stuck with a metre to go. Our original installer has closed his business down. We would also like at the same time do general servicing of it.

Looking for someone to wire a small smart home device (ratgdo32) to my Merlin MS65MYQ garage door opener in Miranda. The device is already purchased and the firmware is already installed — I just need someone to physically wire it up and mount it to the opener. The opener is ceiling mounted so you will need to bring a ladder. What's involved: • Connect 3 wires (red, white, black) from the ratgdo32 to the opener's terminal block • Mount the ratgdo32 to the opener rail using the included clip holster • Plug the ratgdo32 into USB power (powerpoint is right next to the opener) The job is straightforward — only 3 wires, no pass-through connectors, no wall button wiring. Full written instructions and photos of the actual terminal block will be provided. The orange pass-through connectors on the ratgdo32 are not used. Then area under the garage doors need to be levelled with self leveling concrete (only a small layer) to make it look clean. There might be some minor grinding required in case clearance from bottom is required. Also gaps around garage doors will need to be sealed properly using rubber strip and between door and floor.
