The door is still working and can open/close normally — it just needs the dent corrected and the bottom edge re-shaped. The door can close and open. Damage caused by car. Christmas light tangled and garage door is not working

Need help putting on new tiles on my garage door step. Old ones have fallen off. There’s also holes underneath the steps as shown in the pictures. Possibly need to fill in gaps/holes with mortar but would rather avoid it if possible. Happy to negotiate on price and for second opinions whether to plug the holes or not. Old tilt garage door arms need to be replaced. Bearings are all gone and arms are bent.
