I need an experienced garage-door repairer to fix a dent and sharp crease in one horizontal section of a double sectional/panel-lift garage door in Point Cook. The damage is visible from the outside and inside; photos are attached. The opener is a B&D PanelMax. The door currently opens and closes normally, and there does not appear to be any damage to the motor or tracks. My preference is to professionally straighten and reshape the existing section so the original textured finish and colour are retained. I’m looking for a clean cosmetic result—not simply covering it with filler or paint. If the panel cannot be repaired satisfactorily, please advise and provide a separate quote for replacing only the damaged section with an exact matching profile and colour. It firat stopped mid height going down. One side had dropped about 10-15cm, causing the door to sit crooked and the rollers to shift out of the side tracks. I managed to roll it up. The lifting cable on the lower side has completely unspooled and slipped off the drum. The middle drive rail connected to the motor appears slightly bent/bowed from the pressure. Motor: Merlin MT600.

Hi, I need to have my garage door fixed. The track/line and the motor aren’t working properly together, which is affecting the way the door opens. It needs to be carefully aligned and securely hooked onto the side so that it opens and closes smoothly and safely.

Our garage door sensor has either been moved out of line or is faulty. Can’t seem to fix it. Also need to reprogram some new controllers and give it a general service. Experience required

TMT automation Garage door was pulled down manually while electricity was out. Later we tried to reset pulley and turn it on...motor unit keeps saying SF and wouldn't work.

Just discovered 4 spiders (3 red back and 1 unidentified black spider living behind a web) on our garage door and would love someone to come and kill them humanely by squishing them and then to clean up the webs. Hopefully today if possible.

i have a garage door made out of sedder, i just need someone to paint over the protective coatc that i will purchase on the front oand back of the garage - potentially light sand first.. then i just need the interal door paited natural white - i have hte paint for (probably x 2 coats... The measurements of the garage door is 5metres wide by 2.4 high & the internal door is 2.040 high x 86cm wide (i haveput up pictures of both. you will need to provide your own paint brush / rollers etc - i will have the paint..

Had this installed 2 months ago. This is the second time to the opener trolley has disconnected and now does not seem to be lining up properly with the piece below it, so it keeps repetitively disconnecting when we line them up. Needing someone to fix it and then show me how to fix this as it keeps happening.

One side the garage door railing seems to be loose! It still works but it needs fixing!
