I need my garage door painted white It’s a metal door at an apartment complex with old paint peeling off which needs to be scraped off and painted to match the other garage doors. I already have someone who lives at the same building that has accepted to do the job but is taking forever and I need someone who’s reliable and can do a good job.

Looking for someone to wire a small smart home device (ratgdo32) to my Merlin MS65MYQ garage door opener in Miranda. The device is already purchased and the firmware is already installed — I just need someone to physically wire it up and mount it to the opener. The opener is ceiling mounted so you will need to bring a ladder. What's involved: • Connect 3 wires (red, white, black) from the ratgdo32 to the opener's terminal block • Mount the ratgdo32 to the opener rail using the included clip holster • Plug the ratgdo32 into USB power (powerpoint is right next to the opener) The job is straightforward — only 3 wires, no pass-through connectors, no wall button wiring. Full written instructions and photos of the actual terminal block will be provided. The orange pass-through connectors on the ratgdo32 are not used. Then area under the garage doors need to be levelled with self leveling concrete (only a small layer) to make it look clean. There might be some minor grinding required in case clearance from bottom is required. Also gaps around garage doors will need to be sealed properly using rubber strip and between door and floor.
