Find a professional garage door installer in NSW

Hi, I manually locked my garage door and now I'm not sure how to unlock it. I need someone with experience in garage doors (manual locks, openers, emergency releases, etc.) to come take a look and help me unlock it safely. Here are the details: The garage door is currently locked — not opening via remote or manually. I believe I used a manual/internal lock but not 100% sure how to unlock it now. The motor unit is present but I’m not relying on it for now — just want manual access. Brand/model of the opener can be provided if needed. No obvious damage to the door, springs, or cables. You may need to look inside (if accessible), check the emergency release, or inspect the manual locking mechanism.
