It is a solid core door flushes with wall outside but claddings are not aligned at the moment due to incorrect position of door privacy lock. Seems like hinges are not correct for this type of door weight , which is leaning and tightening the door. It requires to remove existing cladding, fix the door jamb and fix the door with new hinges, reapply cladding.

I have two door handles, one is the front door handle, it's loose and I think just needs tightening up but I have no ideas how to do that. The second is an internal door handle for our main bathroom.
