One frame of the French door needs realignment. Needs: -adjust door hinges and realign door panel within frame -adjust/reposition strike plate so latch engages and locks correctly.

The sliding doors also need new locks installed, preferably keyed alike so both locks use the same key. Replace 1 external access door leading to the garage, including fitting a new lock. Repair or adjust 2 interior bedroom doors so they open, close, and latch properly. Looking for quotes to fix a stiff sliding door. We’ve just moved in this house and the sliding door has seen better days. Unsure what’s going on with it, if it’s the track itself but it’s stiff when sliding and gets a bit stuck half way then continues. Tried cleaning the tracks and WD40 and it’s helped but it looks like it’s scrapes the tracks top and bottom when sliding.
