Need someone to have a look at a roller door that hard to open or close. It gets jammed up at the top when closing using the remote opener. Note that the previous installation did not put a weight bar to assist but could also be the rails may have moved. Update: From the inside, it looks like the right side is getting stuck and slightly derailing.

I'm looking for someone who can fix this door. The door doesn't close properly, and I'm not sure what's causing the issue. It could be the carpet, the door's alignment, or something else. It's been like this for about three years, and we haven't used it much because of the problem. I've attached photos to show the issue. Looking for someone experienced with garage roller doors to diagnose and repair our garage door. The door has stopped operating automatically using the remote/wall button, but it still opens and closes manually without any issues. We have changed battery remotes, so it's not that. Its a 6 panel bifold door system (from house to patio area). Whilst the doors and tracks are fine - its the runners (that feed into the track) that are broken. There are 4 x runners - 1x broken (snapped), 2x are bent, and uncertain about the last (doesn't look broken, but suspect bent - hard to see).
