Hi, My house in Blacktown has 3 windows that require awnings. The rain is rotting the wood inside. I've attached some photos of the windows and their dimensions: Window 1 is approx 160 cm width and 130 cm height. Window 2 is the same. Window 3 (bathroom) is 80cm width and 110 cm height. Ideally, I'd prefer an aluminium awning with at stainless steel brackets, so it won't rust. Please provide your quotes (without AirTasker fees - we can work something out) of labour and the image/link of the awnings you'll install. Bunnings have them for $149.85 but they're not wide enough and it has plastic brackets, which is cheap and will most likely require replacing soon. Ideally, I'd like this to be done this week if possible.

I have a double front door (pair of hinged exterior doors, dark stained wood veneer finish) with water damage from rain exposure over time. The bottom edges have splitting, delamination/peeling veneer, small missing chunks/cracks, and rough areas — typical end-grain swelling. The main surfaces are scratched/faded but not rotten through. No major warping or core rot visible. I need someone experienced with exterior door repairs to: Fix the existing damage (glue down loose veneer, fill cracks/missing bits with exterior filler/epoxy, sand smooth) Seal and refinish the entire visible surfaces (sand/prep, stain to match dark brown if needed, apply 3–4 coats exterior varnish/topcoat for waterproofing and better look) Install rain-proof bottom seals/sweeps with drip cap/edge on both doors (I can supply Raven/Stormguard style from Bunnings, or you provide — happy to discuss) Work on-site (no need to remove doors unless you recommend for better finish). Only one door looks damaged atm

4-5 door handle needs to be fixed

Front screen door won't open,seems like its jammed & part of the panel needs pop- revids.

In need of a professional to fix our shower leak. Two likely issues causing it: 1. Glass door adjustment. Door currently clases/hits against the other side. 2. The shower door seal may need replacement.

The rivets from top have come off

Require indoor clothes line to be fixed to the wall. It is 80cm in length and wall studs will need to be found. Also have an outdoor clothes line to be mounted into the brick. Want the job done so it doesn’t come out and make a mess of my walls.
