Cat tree behind door in a flat pack needs to be assembled and installed properly for cat's safety

We are renting a unit in Mount Druitt and we require a handy man to install a cat door on our metal mesh garage door . I am doing this for the stray cats that are in this building and i feel awful in this cold weather for them to be stuck under a car. Because i am renting i want this door to be installed in a certain manner that it will be fix-able once my lease ends. So please don’t quote me a large amount of money because i am only doing this as generosity when the council , strata and animal welfare refused to help.

1. Need to take measurement, buy properly shaped two metal net doors and replace existing ones to fit perfectly with door frame. I will pay separately for exact cost for two such doors. Snap of one of such door attached. 2. One wooden door is not properly aligned now with door frame. Need to align it properly. Snap of wooden door attached as well.

The power for the garage door, the fridge, and the freezer cuts out occasionally. Since we first noticed last night. The problem is temporarily rectified by opening the outside electrical box and ‘testing’ the switches (turning on and off). However, the problem does come back again. When checking the electrical box, there seems to be a problem with the following switch (circled) which doesn’t ‘click’ on and off very well - sometimes ‘clicks’ OK, other times it doesn’t. See the other switch I saw that switched off. There’s something wrong with that one too. The electrical switches are actually doing its job. When there is a short circuit or other problem it is meant to switch off as a safety measure. So that’s good. But what this means is that there is an electrical problem and we need an electrician to look at it urgently today or tomorrow but preferable today. Our son relies on electricity for his medication stored in fridge at a certain temp and this problem is affecting the fridge turning power on and off.

1 - Need a new security mesh door in a Unit. Frame is there. 2 - Need a new mesh window with its frame for the kitchen. 3 - Living room window has a torn mesh and the frame is loose from the wall. Not secure, needs to be tightly fitted with the wall. 4 - Bedroom window mesh is torn. Needs new one. All for a apartment unit in Mt Druitt.
