Centurion garage door has stopped working. Trim has become loose and motor stuck at the end.

My oven (about 2 years old, TECHNIKA TGO65X) is leaking a significant amount of water from the door when cooking. The leak is bad enough that it has started to warp the wood under the oven. From my own checks, I’m almost certain the issue is with the door hinges/latch alignment, not the gasket. The door closes firmly but the latch looks slightly bent. I’m looking for someone with experience in oven repairs to: Inspect the hinges and latch. Realign or replace them if necessary. Please let me know: Your experience with this type of job. The door seals of two doors have come off and need replacement.

Looking for someone to fix two doors (one is sticking, the other opens too easily) and repair a faulty hinge on a vintage drinks cabinet that’s damaging the wood.

I’m in need of someone to supply and replace a broken front door at a property in Sebastopol. Front door is a standard 2040 x 820 x 40 frame though the gap ends up being closer to 2035 and 815 so there will need to be some adjustments to get it to fit. Have attached a photo of approximately what I’m after but I’m flexible on overall door look and lock look. Happy for you to use a second hand door if you have one available too. I can’t get to the property hence needing someone to supply and install (and remove old one if possible). I can provide access to the property with a locked box. New tenant is in on Friday so ideally needs to be done by Wednesday or Thursday morning at the latest. I have 2 timber windows that don't close properly caused by movement in my old home. My back door has been sticking for weeks, due to movement as well.

My front door won’t close properly. I think the latch on the door has moved or the door needs re adjusting a little higher? so that it catches on the latch.

Door frame has moved so internal bedroom door won’t stay closed. Strikeplate needs to be moved down a few mm.
