I have a garage door that leads to the pool area, this door is close to a drain and when it rain a lot, water goes in the garage, so I want to do a layer of bricks to not allow water to pass. Also I need two tiles to be fixed, they are loose, just need to be paved or stuck correctly. As you can see, we did a concoction to avoid water going in. But we want it fixed a bit better.

The door seals of two doors have come off and need replacement.

I’m in need of someone to supply and replace a broken front door at a property in Sebastopol. Front door is a standard 2040 x 820 x 40 frame though the gap ends up being closer to 2035 and 815 so there will need to be some adjustments to get it to fit. Have attached a photo of approximately what I’m after but I’m flexible on overall door look and lock look. Happy for you to use a second hand door if you have one available too. I can’t get to the property hence needing someone to supply and install (and remove old one if possible). I can provide access to the property with a locked box. New tenant is in on Friday so ideally needs to be done by Wednesday or Thursday morning at the latest.
