Looking for someone experienced with commercial cold room doors to repair or replace a damaged rubber door seal/gasket at Sandwich Chefs, Central Square Shopping Centre, Ballarat. The rubber strip around the door is split and coming away in places. Photos attached show the damage. Work required: * Inspect and measure the existing seal. * Supply and fit a suitable replacement seal. * Remove the damaged material and secure the new seal properly. * Check that the door closes and seals evenly around the frame. * Clean up and remove old materials. Please include labour, materials, travel and any applicable GST in your quote. Confirm your earliest availability and experience with similar repairs. I have a garage door that leads to the pool area, this door is close to a drain and when it rain a lot, water goes in the garage, so I want to do a layer of bricks to not allow water to pass. Also I need two tiles to be fixed, they are loose, just need to be paved or stuck correctly. As you can see, we did a concoction to avoid water going in. But we want it fixed a bit better.

Door frame has moved so internal bedroom door won’t stay closed. Strikeplate needs to be moved down a few mm.

Monday morning would be best, however, the time is flexible. We have purchased some 2nd hand windows ( 2020mm x 1400mm x 200mm ), a door ( 2000mm x 970mm ) and an awning (3000mm x 1m x 600mm )from a Demo yard in Joseph St, Ballarat. The windows and door will need to be padded with moving blankets The awning is light and will just need to be secured. We can arrange to meet at the yard and load the things together. The distance from the yard to the house would be less than 2 km.
