Find a professional wedding service provider in Bendigo

We're looking for a experienced professional and charismatic person to be in charge of a small team of 4 people to serve food and drinks at our wedding. The team will be 4 people, 1 bartender 2 waiters, 1 cook to heat up finger food. There will be about 90 guests, service will be canape and buffett table, no table service. All food will be pre prepared, except for some finger food items that will need to be heated. The drinks menu is straightforward (no cocktails) The shift time is 2pm - 8pm Sat 9 Mar 2024, in Woodend 3442. Happy to pay travel allowance for staff coming from Melbourne or other locations.

This is a long way in advance but I need to lock in early! The date is January 4th 2025 (note the AirTasker calendar doesn't go far enough in advance) There will be approximately 100 guests. We are open to suggestions but hoping for: - Grazing tables (chaucuterie boards)/finger food after the ceremony - some sort of substantial main meal We are very open to things like spit roast/ gourmet bbq/paella/ Thai food etc!) - there is a kitchen on site but it is fairly basic so the more equipment you can provide/pre-cook the better - a couple of staff to prepare/clean up We would like to keep costs affordable - ideally less than $30/head for everything. My partner and I are getting married on the January 4th 2025 in Taradale. There will be roughly 100 guests. We are looking for two or three people to help out on the day with general hospitality including but not limited to: - setting up bar area - bar tending (cocktail making experienceand equipment a bonus!) - restocking/cleaning cups/ ice etc - washing up glasses - cleaning rubbish at the end of event Will be required from roughly 4pm - 11pm. 4pm - 5:30pm: - Setting up temporary bar. - Set up ice buckets with provided drinks. - Pre pour champagne/prosecco ready for guests when ceremony ends 5:30 - 6:30 - Continuing to ensure flowing drinks for guests by pre-pouring wine, going around and topping up guests drinks and re-stocking ice buckets with more ice and drinks. 6:30pm - 10:00pm: - Cleaning up any mess - Taking out any bins - Washing up any dishes - Other basic duties like making sure things remain tidy etc.using initiative Must have hospitality experience, RSA license and fun vibe! $30 per hour. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 4th January 2025 - Due date: Flexible
