The baseboard in the kitchen sink cupboard needs to be replaced due to water damage. To do so, the two cupboard doors in the centre will need to be removed along with the support timber that the doors are hinged on, and then replace these when the new baseboard is in place. For plumbing, the pipe penetrations (through the baseboard) at the back of the left cupboard could be cut so as to not disturb the plumbing (as they are very close to the back of the cupboard - a small cover plate would be needed behind the ½” copper tube). If this is ok then the only plumbing would be to undo the kitchen waste pipe to allow the baseboard to be installed over the drain pipe. Suggest to make the job a bit easier, install a collar around the drain pipe and slip it down to the baseboard before reconnecting the S-bend drain.
