Hi there! I need someone experienced in plumbing and waterproofing to inspect my 2-story townhouse for a water mark circle in the ceiling (see attached photos). The location of the water mark is directly below the toilet on the second floor, so I suspect there may be a water leak in the plumbing or waterproofing in that area. I'm looking for someone who can come and inspect the area, identify any potential issues, and suggest all possible solutions to fix the problem. Once we have a clear idea of what needs to be done, we can discuss the next steps.
