Hi there! I need someone experienced in plumbing and waterproofing to inspect my 2-story townhouse for a water mark circle in the ceiling (see attached photos). The location of the water mark is directly below the toilet on the second floor, so I suspect there may be a water leak in the plumbing or waterproofing in that area.
