Looking to get a couple for small fixes organised for your two toilets. 1- Fix the half flush button on one toilet (doesn’t work) 2 - Fix and centre two toilets seats (they are loose and the seats move around). 3 - Reattach, tighten and fix toilet roll holder on the wall (it’s loose - needs to be tightened back on). Our washing machine hose has come off the tap. It’s just one hose (hot water side). It’s quite a tight space so someone who is good at this sort of thing would be preferred.

Hi there - after a plumber as the screw has come loose on the RHS of my toilet lid & seat, which means the whole seat moves. Hoping to get someone around to fix it - have included some pictures to assist & demonstrate how the seat and lid have moved. Cheers, Ash
