Find a professional waterproofing contractor in Caulfield North

I'm looking for a bathroom professional who has experience at installing water channels/bars on shower floors, as well as a shower door seal at the bottom of the door. The shower floor is flush/level with the surrounding dry area, which means water (when showering) leaks out onto the dry area easily. The current water channel and door seal need replacement and improvement. The problem water is not from a pipe, but just regular water coming from the shower head when in use. The problem is that this water leaks into the dry area outside the shower because the current water channel/door seal are inadequate. I have attached some example of what I think is needed. From a tradesman's point of view, this is a small job as I don't need retiling or grouting, etc., which makes the job difficult to fill. But I am open to other suggestions to minimise any leaking water. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who works directly with showers, doors, leaks, and bathroom renovations. - Due date: Flexible

One of 2 stations in system has no water flowing through the underground orange flexible plastic piping, but water meter shows there is water is being used. I have an old under sink waste disposal unit. Known as an 'in-sinker-ator' back in the day. It's old and leaks and I need it removed. The PVC pipes under the sink will need to be reconnected once the unit is removed. The unit is electrically powered so the power to the unit will need to be disconnected and made safe as part of the removal works. I'm looking for a (preferably licences) plumber that can sort this out with any fuss and supply any parts that are needed for the job. My old tap was leaking (cartridge needed replaced), so bought a new tap from Bunnings - I thought it would be easier to replace the tap as I didn't have the tools for a cartridge swap and a new tap wasn't expensive. Everything goes well until I try to securely fasten the tap to the basin. Basically, if water runs around the top of the tap where the sink is, it leaks through the fixing and under the sink. The bottom of the tap and the O-ring looks exactly the same size as the old tap, so don't believe this is a problem. I just need someone who does this kind of thing regularly to do this for me, as they'll probably do it (properly) in about 2 minutes! - Due date: Before Friday, 21 October 2022
