Work required: 1. Constant slow leak in ensuite toilet - require assessment and fix the issue to stop the leak. 2. Musty smell in both main & ensuite bathrooms. The smell is not constant in one room, it seems to alternate between the two bathrooms, which makes me think it’s a drain issue. There is no blockage as the water runs freely. I’ve tried to clean out the drains with baking soda & vinegar, but the smell still returns. The drains (shower, bath, basin) might need a flush out? Note: 1. the joint of pipe to toilet was leaking. Emergent repair disconnected the pipe to toilet and connect the water back by temporary connection. Need to reinstate the connection to toilet water now. - Due date: Flexible

Faulty flush needs fixing

I have a Fisher and Paykel fridge with an external water filter. I have the replacement filter but can’t seem to get the old one off. I’m sure it is a fairly simple task.

Have a Bonaire Evaporative Cooler Blew an internal fuse end of last season. Had it fixed and started ok this season, but when it went to refresh the water it emptied and did not restart. A couple of days later it started normally. Then again it went to refresh water it drained the water and diidn't restart. Yesterday it started and stopped soon after. I pressed reset on the control and it restarted, but when i went to turn it off it wouldn't stop. Ended up turning the power off. When I turned it back on it didn't restart (Good thing) but today I went to start it and nothing.
