I have purchased a pet door but need to have it installed into a sliding glass door. The glass would need to be cut to the size of the pet door.

A pocket door was opened hard enough to de-rail it. Someone with the right tools should be able to get the door reconnected to the roller so it can be pocketed again.

Bubbles started forming on the tint rear window. Would like it removed

This is probably but I need help getting the hinges back into the upper part of my bedroom door (old, paint,)

I’m renting and need a skilled handy person/painter to repair and repaint damaged interior door trim/baseboard corners. The damage is mostly at the bottom of the door frame/jamb and corner blocks: chipped paint, small cracks/splits, gouges, nail holes, and rough paint buildup (see photo). I want a clean, professional, “like new” finish that will hold up and look deposit-friendly. Scope of work: • Scrape/remove any loose/flaking paint and smooth rough edges • Patch chips/cracks/gouges in trim and corner blocks using wood filler or Bondo (as appropriate) • Sand smooth and re-shape corners so they look crisp and even • Re-caulk small gaps where trim meets wall/floor as needed (paintable caulk) • Spot prime repaired areas • Repaint trim to match existing color and sheen (likely satin/semi-gloss). If matching is difficult, repaint the whole casing section around that doorway so it’s uniform • Protect floors (drop cloths), mask as needed, and clean up thoroughly Area / quantity: This doorway is the priority. I may have a few similar spots in the apartment—please quote for 1 doorway and your hourly/add-on rate for additional doorways if time allows. Materials: Please bring filler/Bondo, caulk, sandpaper, primer, putty knife, masking materials, and tools. I can provide trim paint if needed, or you can supply (please specify). What “done” looks like: No visible chips/cracks, smooth corners, straight lines, and an even paint finish that blends with the existing trim.

The nail of my door connection to the wall fall off again. I basically need to switch the nail and get a longer now to drill in to make it tighter so it doesn’t fall off. So please bring six longer nails to drill into the door. Need longer nail compared to the picture.
