Hi there! I have 2 projects, could be together or separate depending: 1. Installing shelves around a room. The thing is, my (rental) walls are tricky to work with. I’ve installed things on other walls in the apt, but I suspect these are plaster? When I’ve tried before with anchors, they just came right out. So I need someone to assess the walls and determine the right anchoring hardware/approach. 2. Installing curtains (as room divider) on a ceiling I suspect requires a masonry drill. Again, just need help assessing the right anchoring hardware/approach. I have the tracks already.

The outdoor kitchen is already assembled, but the previous handyman I hired did not complete several important items: • The kitchen posts still need to be properly anchored to the patio/foundation. • One of the post foundations was partially completed, but the top was not filled with concrete and the post was not secured. • A cold water line needs to be run from an existing outdoor hose spigot to the sink. • Some of the cabinets were installed unevenly and need to be adjusted and leveled. In addition to completing the unfinished work, I would also like help with: • Mounting a TV and TV box in the outdoor kitchen area. • Installing and securing a plug-in ceiling fan.
