received the bike 3 days ago. The seat will not open, which holds the battery and other parts to start the vehicle. the front tire needs to be placed on as well

My electrical driver seat will scoot forward and scoot back it will lean forward but it will not lean back and that's the problem. It's leaving me in a very uncomfortable position while driving. Other than that every electrical thing works except my driver seat it will not lean back anymore it just stopped working and I need it fixed as soon as possible because the way I am left driving is very uncomfortable.

I have an electric bike, a samebike model CO5. I recently bought a used and it runs fine, but has some minor issues and needs some general tuneups. Mainly, the brakes are a bit unresponsive and squeak in both the front and back. The biggest thing is that I need these replaced, but I also want to replace the seat and generally get everything tightened up. That probably means some hardware replacement as well. I’ll cover any parts, but I’m not really sure what to get the seat and brake replacement parts. I think it’s a hydraulic breaking system, but it clearly doesn’t use traditional pads.

driver seat does not move connectors did get wet from flood. control module for the seat was replaced but not programed, and the connectors was cleaned from corrosion some still there. The car is a 2016 Buick lacrosse
