The vacant lot needs mowing to keep the grass below 5 inches year round. Lawn mowing usually occurs in May, June, July, August, September, and November, weather permitting. Before and after lawn mowing, cellphone photos texted to me is required. The grass needs to be cut all the way to the street, and around telephone poles. There might be uneven ground due to people dragging their demolition garbage across my property, tearing up the dirt on my lot without my permission. There's a house (not mine) on one side of the lot, and trees on the other side of the lot.
