I have a secondhand tank that needs resealing

Install 10ft attic ladder in 1 room. Attic access doesn't exist in that room. Need to put ladder and create attic access.

fix the toilet seat the nut that is supposed to hold the toilet seat down did not work. It’s a new toilet seat from Home Depot. Install lightbulbs in a high light fixture. I do have a tall step ladder. Put a closet door back on the track.
