Need experienced handyman/plumber for the following: • Repair damaged exterior PVC sewer cleanout (see photos) • Remove and replace broken cleanout adapter/cap assembly • Verify pipe below is not damaged and restore area when complete • Modify existing exterior natural gas line • Install tee in existing gas line • Install dedicated shutoff valve and reconnect existing generator quick-disconnect connection • Install second dedicated shutoff valve and capped stub-out for future outdoor kitchen gas line • Leak-test all gas connections after installation • Wire-brush rust from exterior gas pipe fittings and affected pipe sections • Prime and paint rusted/repaired gas piping with rust-inhibiting exterior paint Requirements: • Experience working with threaded black iron gas pipe • Must be able to leak-test gas piping after modifications • Provide all labor, tools, and materials • Photos attached showing cleanout damage and existing gas piping Budget: $300 all-inclusive (parts and labor)
