Looking for someone to mow the lawn and clean up around the trees. Ideally, I’d like monthly maintenance, but I’m also open to hiring someone on an as-needed basis when the grass grows. We mainly water our trees, which causes some grass and weeds to grow, and rain can contribute as well. Lawn mower and string trimmer required.

I’m looking for someone who can help with an unusual but urgent errand in San Francisco. I have an 18-year-old staying there, and we suspect that one of the hotels he stayed at may have had bed bugs. I need someone who can: 1. Pick up a room key from Casa Hotel. 2. Go to Entella Hotel and collect approximately two duffel bags of clothing. 3. Because of the possible bed bug exposure, place the clothing/bags into sealed heavy-duty garbage bags before transporting them. 4. Take the clothing to a laundromat and wash/dry everything using the appropriate high-heat settings for possible bed bug exposure. 5. Dispose of the original duffel bags rather than reusing them. 6. If possible, purchase two inexpensive replacement duffel bags and place the clean clothing inside them. 7. Deliver the cleaned clothing to a third location. I would ideally need everything completed and delivered by tomorrow morning. I completely understand that this is a big and unusual request, especially because of the possible bed bug exposure. I’m happy to pay additional compensation for the time, inconvenience, transportation, laundry costs, replacement bags, and supplies needed. Please reach out if this is something you would be comfortable handling, and we can discuss the exact addresses, timing, and price. Thank you!

I have water hose, just need someone to enter the backyard and water my garden.

I have raised vegetable garden beds that are being taken over by grass/weeds. I need someone to hand-pull the weeds and remove the roots/runners without damaging my vegetable plants or drip irrigation. I also want help preventing the grass from coming back, preferably with cardboard/mulch or another vegetable-garden-safe method.
