Car will crank but wont turn over. Possibility it the fuel pump or filter. Its fuel injection, if it had a carb I would have tried pumping the gas to put fuel in it or make sure the choke was on.

My car does not accelerate when on freeway and I have to pull over and wait and then try gain 2012 Nissan Altima I’m pretty sure I need a new battery and also a fuel pump.
