Diagnosis of a failed particulate Matter filter.

I've spent days trying to remove it. Not old style plugs. Have lyle 65 600 tool from plugs last time, to no avail.Just spins soaked with penetrating fluid, tried Freeze Off, basically every fluid known to man. 7 other plugs are installed. Did timing job, New oil pump, 270,000 mi. Original Ford parts. Now won't start. Wanted to run on 7 cyl to warm engine to assist with removal.Trying to avoid pulling head.

I’m reaching out because I need help with my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid. My vehicle currently needs two repairs. First, it is due for an oil change. Second, the car has a strong gas smell while I am driving, which may indicate a fuel leak or another fuel system issue. The gasoline odor is constant when I am driving the car and seems to be getting worse, and I’m concerned this may be a safety issue. Started taking a long time before starting changed out some glow plugs put a new ficm in new wiring harness to the fuel injectors still nothing just cranks no start.
