I have a concrete walkway that needs to have parts sanded down/refinished, and painted with Behr slate gray epoxy paint. Need to be comfortable with sanding/grinding/re-finishing. Don't need to pour any new concrete. It's not complicated, but may require a bit of labor. I also have a wall outlet that has damaged drywall on the edges (interior). The drywall needs to be redone/rebuilt. May need to patch a bit, sand down, then paint. Not complicated, but may require a bit of labor. Also: want to install a Philips Hue outdoor sensor underneath a current Philips Hue Discover floodlight. Need to drill it into the wall. Adding $15 (increase to $175) to include this task. Probably 3-4 hours overall.
