Confirm he has an R-1234YF certified machine before proceeding. ∙ Approximately 27 oz of R-1234YF needed based on prior diagnosis. 2. OEM A/C Compressor Replacement (Part #64529406106) ∙ This is a BMW OEM part. It’s expensive. Ask him to quote OEM vs. aftermarket options. ∙ Labor for R&R (remove and replace) compressor on a hybrid BMW - confirm he has experience with hybrid/electric component separation, as the 530e has a 48V system that requires caution. 3. A/C Dye ∙ One use of UV dye was already added during the diagnostic. Let him know so he doesn’t double-dose. Do you have R-1234YF evacuation/recharge equipment? (Many smaller shops don’t - this is a dealbreaker) ∙ Have you worked on BMW 5-series hybrids specifically? ∙ Will you use OEM or aftermarket compressor, and what’s the warranty? ∙ What’s your labor rate and estimated hours for compressor R&R?

Hello I am looking for someone who is familiar with BMWs or European cars, to help with the install of a cold air intake my 2015 bmw 335i please.

I pulled the transmission control fuze out my bmw 328i n52 6 cylinder auto junction box like a moron.Turned car off now car won’t start had it checked by a mechanic who stated my car was in limp mode and needed the right scanner/ista inpa software to reprogram my car .Car was running completely fine before pulling out that one fuze. Mind you the car battery was on and car was also Running when I pulled it out.Now my car does Nothing but click everything else seems to be the same except gear bezel light stays on for a bit after car is off and the gear letters do not appear on the cluster board as they would normally.Starter is new alternator as well and battery is good. I need a honest bmw mechanic or similar with the scanner and or software to reprogram my car back to normal please

2007, BMW, 328i, 3Liter, my car won't start up i brought a brand new battery n only the lights n locks work and it keeps saying electric steering wheel lock and won't start up

I have a 2013 BMW 528i showing fault code P15F8 (thermostat/water pump control circuit). The water pump and thermostat were already replaced under recall, but the check engine light is still on. What I need: • A wiring continuity & voltage check on the thermostat harness back to the ECU. • Confirm if the wiring/connector is damaged or if the wiring is fine. Nice to have: If you also have BMW diagnostic software (ISTA, Foxwell NT530+, or similar), a DME adaptation reset may also be needed — but wiring check is the first priority. Budget: $120–$150 flat for wiring check. Willing to pay extra if reset or repair is required. Please, no open hourly billing.
