I bought some seat covers online for my Honda accord 2018 and I need help installing them professionally

So I have a 1990 Honda accord ex manual. It was driving good and smooth for months. No issues at all. But 1 day leaving my girl place and hoping on the 91 it started to bog down and feel like it’s losing power. Than all of a sudden it just stop running but all the lights stayed on. I couldn’t start it at all but it just crank. I replaced the distributor twice and did the spark plugs, check compression and 150 all around, fuel pressure is solid and good, timing is on point still and vacuum lines are solid and still connected, checked fuses 3 times and all are good except for the window fuses but I don’t care for that, relay is functional and clicking as normal along with ignition switch is working properly, I even tried to use a jump to see if I can start the car that way but still not working. It cranks and sounds like it wants to start but still not catching at all. The distributor is not 180 off and made sure it’s installed correctly with the wires in the correct placement. Just out of ideas right now and don’t know where to go from here

That ugly black streak makes the damage look catastrophic. It isn't. A substantial amount appears to be material/paint transfer sitting on the Honda's finish, with some clear-coat scratching and a relatively small dent/crease underneath Look at the long horizontal marks. They are irregular, smeared, and have diffuse edges rather than appearing as clean, deep cuts. That is characteristic of material transfer or rubbing, not simply Honda paint being stripped off the panel. Scratch-removal products are specifically designed to deal with this type of paint transfer. The underlying dent is much smaller than the apparent area of black damage. There are a couple of areas, particularly near the lower rear corner of the door, where it appears the damage may have penetrated through the color coat. That will not disappear with compound or polishing. The dent sits near a body line/edge, and amateur glue pulling can turn one small controlled deformation into several problems.

Need front and the rear tires changed on a 2016 Honda CTX 700dctabs. I do not have the tires. Need chain adjustment.
