I heed a toilet seat replaced( I have the toilet seat). I need an adjustment in a bathroom because the toilet keeps running. I need a plunger reconnected in a bathroom sink. I also need some bottles taken down from above a cabinet

Replace 2 bathroom exhaust fans with light fixtures, including cleanup and vacuum of exhaust tubes.

Mount and install cabinet in bathroom above the toilet and install the new mirror. Also paint the bathroom.

Plumber is coming at 11am and the fridge needs to be moved out of the way so the plumber can repair the line that is leaking. After repair is complete, move the fridge back into place. It's a large SubZero fridge.

Need the light fixture repaired. Middle and left lights don’t illuminate. I’m not sure if it’s a wiring or bulb issue. Probably an easy job for someone who knows what they’re doing. Please explain your experience if you are interested.
