I'm looking for an experienced handyman or maintenance professional to help with several straightforward tasks in a well-maintained Astoria apartment. The main project is mounting a series of wall shelves and pre-assembled cat wall elements that will create a climbing wall for my cat. All components are already assembled and ready to go—they simply need to be securely and properly mounted. I'd also like assistance with: • Reinstalling several interior door knobs that were installed upside down and need to be flipped to the correct orientation. • Re-caulking/sealing areas around two bathtubs where the existing sealant is worn. • Replacing an existing shower grab bar with a slightly smaller grab bar. • Assessing one bathtub that may benefit from resurfacing or refinishing (if this is within your skill set). None of these tasks are particularly complicated on their own, but it would be wonderful to have them completed in a single visit to help get the apartment in great shape for the summer.
