Find a bathtub repair in Hudson Valley

I have the porcelain tile (variegated pattern-no matching or alignment) and all materials including professional tile saw. Replace toilet (I have standard Kohler and closet flange) . Experienced tilers only.

The current bathroom Vanity will need to be disconnected and brought outside. New vanity will have to be brought upstairs and connected

The bathroom door is rubbing against the floor. I have already used wood glue to attached the bottom corners that opened up. Maybe the 1930 cottage hinges need changing

Modway brand Energize model 48” bathroom vanity cabinet. Purchased from Wayfair. I will pay $300 to get this single piece of furniture assembled on Sunday June 21. This is cabinet assembly ONLY! No plumbing involved at all. All I need is to have the box & drawers assembled. A contractor will do the rest. PS If you are a handy person, there is light electrical on this project that can get you more hours: replacing flushmount lights and updating toggle light switches for rockers and pliugs. Task: Remove moldy caulk and recaulk bathtub seam Looking for someone to remove the old moldy caulk along the seam where the bathtub meets the tile and apply new white silicone bathroom caulk. Only the horizontal tub seam needs to be redone (see photo). Please bring tools and materials. Must ensure area is cleaned and mold treated before applying new caulk.
