One piece Toto toilet is leaking slowly, and the shutoff valve is also leaking (doesn’t turn off). The valve is in tile work so it may be cheaper/easier to add a second valve on top of the existing valve, than to fix the valve. The toilet of course also has to stop leaking. We tried replacing some components already. Water pressure is high which might contribute to the degradation.

Hi! I’m looking for someone with plumbing experience to replace 2 bathtub spouts in my condo. I tried removing one of the two bathtub spouts myself, but while turning the set screw with an Allen wrench, the pin/screw inside the spout broke. Because of this, I believe that spout may need to be carefully cut off piece by piece with a grinder, making sure not to damage the copper pipe underneath. I’ll attach photos of the current condition. Please take a close look and let me know if this is something you can safely handle. Thank you!
